The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 14th Annual International M&A Awards. Nolan & Associates was named winner for the “Cross Border Deal of the Year” category.
Nolan served as the exclusive sell side advisor to Horizon Lab Systems in its sale to Clinisys for the winning deal. Horizon is a leading provider of SaaS-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) and electronic notebook (EL) offerings to the scientific community.
Brett Pantazi, Nolan firm Managing Director and Partner, led the Horizon Lab Systems and Clinisys transaction and will accept the award at a Black-Tie Gala on Wednesday, September 19-20, 2023, in New York City.
