Nolan & Associates is proud to announce four recent promotions: Tommy Stream (Director), Aravind Nair (Vice President), Patrick Roy (Vice President) and Sean Sullivan (Senior Associate).

Tommy Stream, Director
Since being elevated to Vice President in 2019, Tommy has led or played an integral role in over 40 successfully closed sell side, buy side, and capital raise transactions, helping unlock over $1.0 billion in total enterprise value. In addition to deal execution, Tommy’s responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, and developing new clients as well as maintaining relationships with private equity investors, family offices, and C-level executive groups of corporate acquirers ranging from small firms to multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. In 2022, Tommy was accepted into the Advancing Leader Program of Vistage Worldwide, the world’s largest executive coaching organization that provides training, collaboration, networking, and other resources to develop proven managers into effective company-wide leaders. In 2023, Tommy was a recipient of The M&A Advisor’s 14th Annual Emerging Leader Award, which recognizes the top professional dealmakers involved in M&A, financing, and restructuring under the age of 40. Aravind Nair, Vice President
Since his promotion to Senior Associate in 2019, Aravind has played a key role in the successful closure of more than 35 sell-side and buy-side transactions exceeding $1.2 billion in total enterprise value. Aravind also supports Nolan’s business development efforts by cultivating connections with prospective clients and fostering relationships with private equity groups, family offices and strategic acquirers. In 2021, Aravind was accepted into the ACG Emerging Leaders 20 program, a three-part leadership development series offered through ACG St. Louis that provides educational sessions, networking opportunities, and senior-level mentorship to young professionals located in the St. Louis region. Patrick Roy, Vice President
Since joining Nolan in 2022, Patrick has been instrumental in 10 successfully closed transactions, both on the sell-side and buy-side, achieving an aggregated total enterprise value of over $500 million. Patrick is actively engaged in all facets of Nolan’s M&A activity, spanning from leading business development activities to spearheading deal execution. Simultaneously, he assumes a prominent role in nurturing ongoing relationships with private equity investors, family offices, and corporate acquirers. Sean Sullivan, Senior Associate
Since Sean was hired at Nolan in 2023, he quickly assumed a pivotal role in all aspects of the firm’s M&A efforts. Sean has spearheaded the successful launch of numerous sell side engagements and facilitated transactions through the various stages of the sale process. Sean is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and maximizing value for both sell-side and buy-side clients throughout all phases of the M&A process.
