The M&A Advisor has announced Nolan & Associates as the winner of “The Information Technology/Software Deal of the Year” in the $50 to $100 million category at the 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards. Nolan served as the exclusive sell side advisor to Horizon Lab Systems in its sale to Clinisys for the winning deal.
Brett Pantazi, Nolan firm Managing Director and Partner, led the Horizon Lab Systems and Clinisys transaction and accepted the award at a sold-out and energetic gathering at The New York Athletic Club on Tuesday, November 15th, during the 2022 Future of Dealmaking Summit.
