ACG Global will host its inaugural Strategic Acquirer Summit on Nov. 4-5 in Dallas, TX to bring together corporate development professionals for a program focused on strategic acquisitions. The Summit will include panel discussions, expert speakers and networking opportunities, providing attendees resources and best practices for executing M&A transactions.
Brent Baxter, a Managing Director at Nolan, is the co-chair of the Summit and serves on the ACG Executive Committee and as the Chair of Finance for the Global Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). ACG has 14,500 members and is the world’s leading organization serving middle-market M&A deal-makers and business leaders focused on driving growth. Brent is also spearheading ACG’s efforts to further build the organization’s outreach to corporate development professionals. He also serves on the board of the St. Louis ACG chapter.
The agenda features speakers from companies including the Mark Cuban Companies, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson and Twitter. The Summit’s speakers will address their companies’ corporate development strategies, challenges they’ve faced and broader trends within strategic M&A. The Summit will also feature opportunities for peer-to-peer networking to help attendees expand their networks within the corporate development community and exchange best practices.
