The M&A Advisor announced Sarah Hall, Marketing Director, and Tommy Stream, Vice President, of Nolan & Associates as recipients of the 14th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards.
The Emerging Leaders Awards recognize and celebrate the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made notable contributions to their industry and community.
Sarah joined Nolan in 2016 and has amassed 14 years of marketing experience specific to the financial industry. She was the first dedicated marketing professional hired at Nolan and was excited for the challenge of writing the playbook for the role. A few projects from the past 6 years she is proud of include migrating to a modern CRM and marketing automation system to better serve Nolan’s clients, rebuilding Nolan’s website, capturing 85+ business owner deal stories, and mentoring other team members.
Tommy joined Nolan in 2015 as a Senior Associate and was soon elevated to Vice President to better suit the role he took on. Among other deal execution obligations, Tommy was individually coordinating and hosting meetings between client management teams and C-level executive groups of multi-billion dollar publicly traded prospective buyers. These early client and buyer-facing interactions quickly exposed him to the finesse, acumen, and communication skills required to excel in middle market M&A. Today, Tommy supports M&A activity from deal origination through close across a multitude of industries including manufacturing, distribution, energy & environmental, consumer products, and healthcare.

Sarah and Tommy have been chosen from a national pool of prominent nominees. Evaluation and selection of the nominees was completed by an independent judging panel.
The M&A Advisor will host a black-tie Awards Gala in New York City to introduce the Emerging Leaders Award Winners to the business community and celebrate their achievements
