Pat C. Nolan
Founder & Chairman
Pat founded Nolan & Associates in 1976, and has participated in closing several hundred transactions across a broad spectrum of middle market businesses. He originates middle market Sell Side, Buy Side and Capital Raise engagements. Pat serves as Chairman of Middle Market Transactions, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC and a commonly owned broker/dealer affiliate of Nolan. He has advised across most all industries including building products, industrial manufacturing and services, agriculture, healthcare, plastics and transportation.
Pat has owned and operated middle market businesses and sat on corporate boards in the snack food manufacturing, agricultural marketing, walk-in medical centers and circuit board manufacturing sectors. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Pat holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses with Middle Market Transactions, Inc., a commonly owned broker/dealer affiliate of Nolan & Associates.
Outside the office, Pat enjoys fitness-related activities, watching/attending most any sporting event and spending his free time with family and friends. He has been involved in the Educational Missions at the University of Notre Dame and St. Teresa High School. Pat works from Nolan’s Decatur office and is an involved father of three and grandfather of eight.
