Brett Pantazi
Partner & Managing Director
Brett co-founded the St. Louis office with Nolan in 2009 and focuses on the origination and execution of middle market M&A advisory and capital raise assignments. He has 20 years of investment banking experience, and has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, strategic alternatives, fairness opinions and capital raising assignments for both publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
Brett has advised clients on more than 100 transactions totaling over $3.0 billion in aggregate value. He works with clients in a multitude of industries including healthcare, staffing, industrial, contract manufacturing, business technology services (software/database, distribution), building products, packaging and consumer.
Prior to joining Nolan, Brett was an investment banker at National City Capital Markets and A.G. Edwards Capital Markets and an associate at Brooke Private Equity. Brett earned his MBA from Washington University and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 securities licenses with Middle Market Transactions, Inc., a commonly owned broker/dealer affiliate of Nolan & Associates.
Outside the office, Brett enjoys squash, running and soccer, but spends most of his free time as a husband, father and coach. Brett works from Nolan’s St. Louis office.
