Sean Sullivan

As Senior Associate, Sean specializes in managing middle-market sell side M&A advisory assignments. He actively supports all phases of the firm’s M&A transaction activities, starting from the initiation of deals and continuing through to their completion.

Prior to joining Nolan, Sean was at Barclays Investment Bank, where he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Chicago office for two years. Prior to working at Barclays, Sean spent five years working in Management for Enterprise Holdings. Sean graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He later earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Sean spent a year working as an Alumni Volunteer at Creighton Preparatory School in Omaha, Nebraska. He worked in the Learning Resources department where he assisted students with learning disabilities.

Outside the office, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching Notre Dame football, and skiing.
