Brett Pantazi

Brett co-founded Nolan’s St. Louis office with Patrick Nolan in 2009. He has 25 years of mergers and acquisitions advisory experience and has completed more than 125 transactions totaling over $3.0 billion in value.

Prior to joining Nolan, Brett was an investment banker at A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo) and National City (now Harris Williams). He earned his MBA from Washington University and his bachelor’s degree from Miami University. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 securities licenses.

Brett has led two M&A Advisor Deal of the Year Award transactions (2022 and 2024) and four transactions that were finalists for Deal of the Year (2021–2024).

A former college soccer player, Brett now enjoys any racquet sport, golf, or fitness activity. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife of 22 years, their three teenage children, and two dogs.
