Buy Side Process Overview
Nolan’s senior team will gain a comprehensive understanding of your acquisition goals and criteria, plus any unique market dynamics and sensitivities related to our services.
Based on your criteria, our team will create an acquisition target list that focuses on quality, not quantity. We will uncover the hard-to-find top targets and make direct contact with the business owners on the list.
3. Target Cultivation
We’ll convey your acquisition message in a thoughtful manner to your targets. After each conversation, we’ll send you executive summaries that allow you to make quick “yes” or “no” decisions for each target.
4. Indication of Interest
Once we have deemed a target to be reputable, we will guide you on valuation and deal structure. If you would like to proceed with learning more about the company, we’ll submit an Indication of Interest on your behalf.
5. Relationship Transition
Nolan will coordinate the initial due diligence on the target, then transition the relationship back to you. We resume pursuing additional top target companies, but are still present as a resource to you.
