Nolan & Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Tommy Stream to Vice President. Stream joined Nolan in 2015 and has previously worked in the roles of Associate and Senior Associate. As Vice President, he will continue to work with Nolan’s clients on middle market business sale and acquisition transactions.
“It is rewarding being able to work with business owners on what is likely the largest liquidity event of their and their family’s lifetime,” said Stream. “Our clients have built impressive businesses and I’m proud to be able to guide them through the process.”
Prior to joining Nolan, Stream received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law and his undergraduate degrees (magna cum laude) in Economics and Finance & Banking from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
“I attended law school to expand my academic work in the areas of business, corporate and M&A law and to augment my financial and economic acumen,” said Stream. “Today, I utilize many skills that were honed in law school, particularly as it relates to writing, research, due diligence and negotiating.”
In 2019, Tommy has been on the deal teams for the sales of Grant Cooper, Lange-Stegmann, Lucidity, Midwest Systems and Providigm.
