Nate Neubauer

In 2024, Nate joined the team at Nolan & Associates as a director to lead the firm’s efforts in Kansas City. Nate helps entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses raise capital. He supports these transactions from origination through close.

Before joining Nolan, Nate was a director with B Riley Securities where he focused on foodtech and eCommerce transactions. Prior to B Riley, Nate began his career at D.A. Davidson where he covered the active lifestyle and broader food & beverage markets. Nate graduated from the University of Arizona (Bear Down) with a B.S. in Finance.

He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses with Middle Market Transactions, Inc., a commonly owned broker/dealer affiliate of Nolan & Associates.

Outside the office, Nate enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife and playing sports, particularly golf. He lives with his family in Kansas City, MO.
